I believe the parody of Gone With The Wind in the clips below is the funniest comedy skit of all time. And I believe the moment in the second clip that Carol Burnett came down the stairs is the funniest moment in comedy of all time. I am old enough that I was watching “The Carol Burnett Show” when this skit first aired — I laughed myself silly and to this day, remembering that scene always makes me smile.

Yes, this is a great comedy sketch and one deserving of your feelings. I would submit another Burnett sketch for your consideration: one where she plays Charo’s mother with the real Charo playing herself. If your scene is #1, then the Charo scene has to be a very close #2. It is out there on You Tube!
