The poorer sections of the big cities in america have been Democrat since long before FDR. The poor have got the same promises every election. Things never improve. As Jarret’s little fiefdom shows, the people making the promises get rich, the poor mostly stay that way, for generations.

Yet the Obamas and the Jarrets are the role models, not the Afrocity types who, by sheer drive and determination, rise out of those slums .

And there is so much opportunity out here, and so much help for those who don’t want to die in those stinking slums. We live in a country where it is raining soup and the Jarrets and Obamas hold giant pans over everyone to stop it. I’ll shut up now because when I think of those people I want to just type a long string of clever combinations of ugly words.

I think you are right. I wonder if the Olympic Committee saw the photos of her current properties and decided they didn’t want to have an Olympic Village built under her direction.
