This reminds me of Tammy Bruces’s experiences during the OJ trial. She thought it was a great opportunity to highlight spouse abuse, but she was shut down by NOW because they didn’t want to tread on the NAACP’s toes. I think she writes about it in her first book.

I’m not certain what you mean about connecting my satire with Polanski’s ability to evade justice for so long — I don’t see the link. Wealthy, well-connected people have always been able to delay or escape the consequences of their evil deeds. I was very clear that I think Polanski should serve his sentence — since he had already been convicted when he took flight. Plus, ACORN’s corruption and indifference to sex slavery for children was at least as much my target and has only recently been exposed in a way the Left is very hard put to deny (although their powers of denial are definitely up to the job).

Jamie Glazov in his new book United in Hate does an excellent job of explaining how and why the feminist movement has sold women out — I highly recommend it and will be writing about it in more depth soon.

For the record, I believe most women in the U.S. still believe the feminist movement is what it said it was in the 1970′s — so “no” is “no,” but wealthy and well-connected people can still get away with pretty much anything.
