The thing that bothers me most about this mess is the lies that the pro-government health care crowd puts out. I keep reading about folks on social security having to choose between medicine and food. Well, I'm on social security. And, since I'm poor, the taxpayers pick up a large part of my Medicare Insurance bill. Furthermore, the most a script costs me is about $5.40 a month for the name brand, $2.40 a month for generic. Chris Muir is right, it will be the ice floe for the old. What I don't understand is how the Democrats plan to stay in office if this passes. All of us old people won't die off before the next election and we'll be flooding the polls shaking our canes and screaming bloody murder.
