H/T to Instapundit for these helpful insights at MorganStanley.com from Richard Berner on “America’s Fiscal Train Wreck.”

Update, 7/07/09: My thanks to The Other McCain for the headline link to this post. If you thought it was funny, click “Home” at the top of the page for the one posted after it. Over at his place, I enjoyed Stacy’s telling of “The Parable of the Doubting Ace.”

How to Get Lots of Money for Anything -- Fast by Stuart Lichtman and Joe Vitale I bought How to Get Lots of Money for Anything — Fast! in August 2005 and use the knowledge in it every day. Its techniques for setting and achieving even seemingly-impossible objectives are based on brain function research AND THEY WORK! You will learn how to get your conscious and unconscious minds to work together to produce success while feeling joy, enthusiasm and certainty of achievement. I highly recommend this book. Obama isn’t the one up the creek without a paddle. He has whole sections of the United States government that will be devoted to his health and well being for the rest of his life. We are the ones without the paddle. He and his family will never have to use the nighmare government “health care” fiasco they’re trying to foist off on the rest of us.

Now that I’m in my sixties my health is a lot more important to me that when I was nineteen years old and bulletproof. At least bulletproof until an injury during the Southeast Asian sent me into an almost year long journey into government health care courtesy of those sumnobeeches McNamara and LBJ. It wasn’t much fun. Having to lay at attention when a bunch of clowns who never heard a shot fired in anger, getting chewed out because the medics were too lazy to empty my urinal. That’s government health care.
