You should be able to find a certified teacher to check your TM meditation by going to www.tm.org. Leave another comment if you have a hard time finding someone and I will see what I can do to track a qualified person down. I've watched a lot of Animal Planet's "Meerkat Manor", where one of their predominant behaviors is that of "mobbing". I attended my first classes back in l969, in Santa Monica, California.....I don't remember the cost, but it must have been quite reasonable as I was a very poor college student. In fact, the only thing I remember having to bring was a white hankie. I haven't always practiced it as regularly as I should, but I find it is still there after a little practice. Cynthia,
